Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking Operations Program Manager. This key role involves leading our India operations team and shaping our product's direction. The successful candidate will be adept at working closely with users, understanding their needs, and translating these insights into product enhancements. They will also manage operational processes and be accountable for key performance metrics. This is a highly cross-functional role, and the right candidate will be the center point between providers, Sales, Channel partners, product team, and their own team.

Note: This role is open only for candidates based out of India.

Responsibilities

· Lead our product operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

· Work closely with users to understand their needs and transform insights into product improvements.

· Drive the strategic direction of our product, aligning it with both user needs and company goals.

· Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.

· Implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and scalability.

· Foster an agile and collaborative environment within the team.

· Ensure timely launch of a provider on multiple listing channels such as Google, Zocdoc, Psychology today and 30+ other channels.

· Maintain relationships with our US based channel partners.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. MBA preferred.

· Proven experience in product and operations roles, ideally within a startup or consultancy environment.

· Demonstrated experience in leading teams and scaling operations.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

· Superior organizational and multitasking skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
